MINNEAPOLIS — March 26, 2007 — Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) today announced that it plans to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Central time. The meeting will take place at the Company's headquarters at 707 Second Avenue South in Minneapolis. Holders of record of the Company's common stock as of February 28, 2007 are entitled to vote at the meeting.
