MINNEAPOLIS — January 24, 2008 — The board of directors of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on February 18, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2008.
