MINNEAPOLIS — (Mar. 24, 2008) — Ameriprise Financial, Inc., (NYSE: AMP) today announced that it plans to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. (CT). The meeting will take place at the company's headquarters at 707 Second Avenue South in Minneapolis. Holders of record of Ameriprise Financial common stock as of February 25, 2008 are entitled to vote at the meeting.
