Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Kelli Hunter joined Ameriprise Financial in June 2005. Hunter develops enterprise-wide learning strategy and performance management and succession planning processes that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Ameriprise, Hunter was senior vice president — Global Human Capital, for Crown Castle International Corporation in Houston. Hunter also held a variety of senior level roles in human resources for Software Spectrum, Inc., Mary Kay, Inc., where she gained experienced working with a large franchise sales organization, as well as Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust New York Corporation.
Hunter holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire.
