Account maintenance and custodial fees

1 Fee may be waived if one of the following conditions is met: (1) an account holder is recognized as an Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite* member, (2) the account has direct deposit of $9,000 per quarter, (3) the account is a Managed Account, or (4) the account is open less than three months.

2 Fee may be waived if one of the following conditions is met: (1) an account holder is recognized as an Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite* member, (2) the account is a Managed Account, (3) the account is an IRA account, or (4) the account is open less than three months.

3 Fee applied per plan held, not per owner. Fee may be waived if one of the following conditions is met: (1) an account holder is recognized as an Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite* member or (2) the IRA is invested through a Managed Account only.

4 Fee may be waived if an account holder is recognized as an Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite* member.

* Eligibility for recognition in Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite is achieved through maintaining a household investment level with Ameriprise Financial of $500,000 or more. Households are essentially defined as the primary household account for an individual, his/her spouse or domestic partner, and any accounts owned for, by or with their unmarried children under the age of 21 who reside at the same address, or any affiliated trustee, custodian, guardian, conservator, estate representative, rider on an insurance policy or annuitant.

5 Ameriprise Financial reserve the right to assess any applicable Depository and Transfer Agent fees against your account on a pass-through basis.

6 Domestic Wire Transfer Out Fees are assessed when exercising employee stock options within an Ameriprise Brokerage Account.

7 For international Wire Out requests where funds are converted to a foreign currency prior to transfer. This does not include the applicable exchange rate.

8 For disbursements issued by Ameriprise Financial.

9 For a certificate that is rejected by the assigned Transfer Agent because it was previously paid, replaced, reissued, exchanged, has a "Stop Transfer" applied to it, or has otherwise been deemed invalid.

10 For duplicate copies of account statements, tax statements and trade confirmations. Fee is waived if you have signed up to receive the requested document type by electronic delivery instead of U.S. mail.

11 To help defray the cost of holding and maintaining securities that may have been deemed worthless and/or without value.

12 Ameriprise Financial reserves the right to assess fees and/or interest on any funds advanced to you which result in an open debit in your account. Open Debit Fees are calculated as follows: Debit amount (x) base margin lending rate (x) number of days/365 = Fee amount.

13 DWAC fees are typically $50 to $75, but can vary by transfer agent. The actual cost will be determined by the transfer agent, and will be passed onto you. DWAC fees are assessed when exercising employee stock options within an Ameriprise Brokerage Account.

17 Ameriprise Financial and its clients are subject to policy and regulations set forth by various regulatory bodies and exchanges. At times, a nominal transaction fee to cover costs of self regulation may be charged. This fee is only assessed on sells of certain securities; it is not assessed on mutual fund buys or sells. These policies, regulations and fees are subject to change.

Transaction compensation in investment accounts with transaction-based fees: As a result of the integration of Ameriprise Advisor Services, Inc. (AASI) and Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. (AFSI), you may own brokerage accounts on two separate platforms through its affiliate clearing broker dealer American Enterprise Investment Services, Inc. As a result, for clients who have transaction-based investment accounts on both platforms, equity, fixed income and options trades may be subject to different commission and/or markup/markdown schedules, depending on the platform where your account is maintained.

Ameriprise Financial provides record keeping and shareholder services for, and receives remuneration from, unaffiliated funds. You can buy shares directly from the fund itself, or its principal underwriter or distributor, without paying brokerage transaction fees.

Margin lending

The following structure and rates apply:

20 Margin interest charges will be calculated based on a sliding scale of percentages added to or subtracted from a base lending rate*, set at the discretion of Ameriprise Financial, Inc., with reference to commercially recognized interest rates, industry conditions regarding the extension of margin credit and general credit conditions.

ATM network/owner surcharges and the ATM fee rebate program
Ameriprise Bank, FSB does not assess ATM surcharge fees and is a member a surcharge-free ATM network. ATM operators and/or networks who are not members of the surcharge-free network may assess an ATM surcharge fee. In those instances, we offer a rebate program if you are recognized as an Ameriprise Achiever Circle or Ameriprise Achiever Circle Elite member. ATM surcharge fees are rebated monthly based on your Ameriprise Achiever Circle status at month end. The ATM fee rebate program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
