Accessing your account information online

Now that my accounts have moved to Ameriprise Financial, how will I access my account information online?

You will continue to use the Investor Site to access your account information the same way you always have. Ameriprise Financial continuously looks for ways to build upon our clients' online experience. We look forward to introducing future changes and enhancements to further improve your online experience.

Will I experience any changes after my accounts transition to Ameriprise Financial?

You will experience a few immediate changes, including:

  • Information about accounts you hold directly with a fund company, including 529 plan accounts, are no longer available online. You can find information about these holdings on paper statements from the mutual fund company.
  • You might notice that some of the website addresses no longer contain “hrblock.com.” Eventually, all references to “hrblock.com” will be removed. You may need to reset your “favorites” or “bookmarks” to any of these sites.
