Wes leads sales and coaching for the Complex. He is responsible for design and development of sales strategy based upon advisor needs including our High-Net Worth, Advice-for-Fee, and Practice Management coaching programs. Wes works with Dylana for our exclusive Practice Makeover Program, as well.
Marcus leads sales and coaching for the Complex.
