Fraud guarantee

If your card has been lost or stolen, or you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made with your card, notify us promptly within two business days after you learn of the loss and your liability will be no more than $50. Contact Ameriprise Financial at 888.356.1006 Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CT and weekends 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT.

Electronic bill payment guarantee

Your electronic bill payments are protected against late payments. Ameriprise will bear the responsibility of any late payment related charges — up to $50 as long as you scheduled the transaction to arrive before its due date in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Enhanced security

Your online security is our top priority. That's why we use advanced technology to safeguard your personal information online. Our enhanced security adds an extra layer of protection that will work behind-the-scenes to help secure your account information. With this feature, you may occasionally be prompted to verify your identity before continuing. This will include choosing several security questions that only you know the answer to. Our goal is to detect any unusual activity in your account that might suggest fraudulent access or illegal activity.
