Proudly leading the Boston Complex—including Boston, Newton, Cape Cod, Middleton, Westborough, Springfield, and Providence—my focus is simple: empower advisors, deliver exceptional client outcomes, and drive sustained growth through collaboration and disciplined execution.
With over 30 years of leadership across wealth management, investments, and operations, I bring a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening advisor support, and accelerating business momentum. Before Ameriprise, I served as CEO and Head of Wealth for Santander’s U.S. broker-dealer and RIA, where I led the organization to strong profitability and a modernized growth strategy.
Outside the office, I enjoy time with my two sons, CrossFit, and golf. I’m a graduate of Brandeis University and have completed advanced leadership development at Babson College.
