How I work to support your success
I am responsible for ensuring that advisors have access to resources to run and grow their practices. By combining the vision you establish for your practice, support from my team, and resources from Ameriprise, you'll have the opportunity to grow your practice the way you want. I also specialize in helping advisors build their teams through practice acquisition or adding team members.
My team and I will work with you to:
- Help you grow your practice in a manner that works best for you
- Operate with independence, knowing that support is available when needed
- Understand how to effectively operate as a CEO of your practice
- Protect your practice from the unexpected and prepare for your retirement with a customized succession plan
I bring more than 12 years of Ameriprise experience to this role. I began my career in a practice before joining the Leadership Development Program and later serving as a Regional Sales Manager and Director of Franchise Recruiting and Engagement.
In those roles, I partnered with advisors on business planning, talent development, succession planning, and practice growth, and was honored to receive the Outstanding Field Leader Award.
I’m passionate about leadership and building strong relationships, and I’m excited to connect with advisors across the territory, learn about their businesses, and support their continued growth and success.
Outside of work, my wife, Bridget, and I live in the Minneapolis area with our Goldendoodle, Truckee. We met at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and enjoy skiing, biking, traveling, exploring national parks, and spending time with family and friends.
Responsibilities
Adam is responsible for sourcing and evaluating experienced advisors, including franchisees, associate financial advisors and advisors coming from acquired practices.

Mike works closely with successful teams to help them to find and develop new talent; this includes support staff, associate financial advisors and experienced advisors wanting to join a team. He also works with new advisors joining our firm to guide them through a successful transition and onboard process. Mike is also available to assist advisors with business planning and determining which corporate resources to work with for coaching and support.
Responsibilities
Orr specializes in helping advisors drive practice results through new business opportunities. He is the primary point of contact for increasing assets and revenue through product solutions. Additionally, he works with advisors on strategies to move up market and go deep with their best clients.

Connie provides administrative and operational support, and also coordinates meetings, training and seminars. Connie is the point person for advisor questions and proactively works with advisors to ensure they receive the support they need.
