Benefits and compensation

Compensation

In the first year, advisors are eligible for cash bonuses up to 15%* of production upon achieving minimum performance requirements.

Overhead costs covered by Ameriprise Financial:

Licensing

We’ll help you prepare to earn these required licenses and registrations:

  • FINRA Series 7 for general securities
  • FINRA Series 66, covering state laws, ethics and securities policies
  • Life/health insurance license(s)

You have up to 150 days after hire to complete all licensing.
