Visa is widely accepted around the globe. You can use your Visa card at more than 46 million locations worldwide.
- Online: To apply for a card, visit ameriprise.com/cards.
- Financial advisor: Talk with your financial advisor about which card is right for you and how to get the most from the program. If you can receive text messages on your mobile device, your advisor can walk you through the application process using your device.
- Ameriprise app: Open the Ameriprise app, navigate to “Product and Services” (located in the top menu bar), and then choose “Cards” to view the products available. Select the card(s) you’d like to apply for and click “Apply now” to begin the process.
- Secure site: Log in to the secure site at ameriprise.com and navigate to “Product and Services” (located in the top menu bar), and then choose “Cards” to view the products available. Select the card(s) you’d like to apply for and click “Apply now” to begin the process.
- By phone: Call 800.736.7253.
You can use your online account to set alerts, pay your bill, add travel notes, request a Cardmember Agreement and more.
To access your account, log in to ameriprise.com on any web browser and select your card.
You can also access your account information using the free Ameriprise app. To download the most recent version of the Ameriprise app directly to your device, visit the app store available on your device. You can also download the app by visiting ameriprise.com/mobile using the web browser on your mobile device and choosing a download option.
Log in to the secure site on ameriprise.com, from the overview page, select your credit card. Click “View more account services” which will take you to the Elan Financial card servicing site. Go to the “My Account” tab, select “Online Statements”. Click on any of the statements to download them. Your Visa Signature statements are available online going back 18 months from the current date.
